We are an information and referral resource for people who are visually impaired. We also network with local agencies.
Staff members are available for presentations about visual impairment, resources and our services. We offer non-optical aids for sale e.g., talking watches, bold lined paper, writing guides and large print calendars.
State of the art access technology is available for demonstration and use at the Center, by appointment. We offer a range of access technology that includes a computer with speech output, screen magnification, software programs and optical scanning systems. CCTV’s and various low vision magnification systems are also available. It is our vision to expand the scope of access technology for clients.
