Cars & Coffee – March 16th at WeatherTech Raceway

The Blind and Visually Impaired Center of Monterey County is pleased to announce are participation at the first Cars & Coffee Event at WeatherTech Raceway for the 2024 season. Drawing in hundreds of cars and enthusiasts from Central California, Cars & Coffee at WeatherTech Raceway serves as the premiere setting for this event. “We are grateful to be selected as the beneficiary for this event,” said Steven Macias, Executive Director. “Our mission is to empower individuals living with visual impairments to maintain and independent life, whether through education, supportive services, or skills training. As a nonprofit, we provide services free of charge to clients and have a healthy reserve set aside to provide financial assistance for those seeking adaptive devices and aids. All this is only possible with the generous donations of the community.”
The event will be held Saturday, March 16th from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Entry is a $5 donation. We will also have braille hot wheel cars available for a $5 donation at our table in the lake bed.
